I became a Christian during my teens and grew up attending the local Methodist Church. In 2003 I became a fully accredited local preacher in the East Hull Methodist circuit and in 2007 I received my foundation degree in Theology and Ministry.

My songwriting has developed over the last four years most of them born through ups and downs in my faith journey. As I began to share these songs in my homegroup and church it was a blessing to see how God spoke to other people through them. I was encouraged to record them by members of my church. With the assistance of Dave at Eastside Studio, Hull, the album took shape and my music ministry began.

I believe that God is very real and very much interested in our every day lives. That most of us walk around with lots of baggage, scars and bruises from our life journey, never realising that God can heal us of them, and help us to lay them down, to walk free from them.

I am keen to spread the word of God's healing love through music and words.
